Q: When Will I Receive My Order?
A. Due to THE BUSIEST HOLIDAY SEASON OF THE YEAR, please allow up to 1-3 business days for processing & handling and an additional 24 hours for shipping out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses, our shipping companies are doing everything they can to get you your order delivered as fast as possible! After handling, Item(s), Please allow an estimated 5-15 business days for your order to arrive in the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 2-4 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note that, due to the extreme busiest season these are only estimates.
Q: What Happens If My Order Gets Stuck Or Lost In The Mail?
A. All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will got you covered we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. So there is no need to worry at all.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, You'll receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can also visit our TRAC ORDER page.
Q: How long does free shipping take?
A: Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to process, and an additional 24 hours to be shipped out. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. After handling, Item(s) For domestic orders in the United States will normally take about 1-3 weeks. For International orders, please allow up to 2-4 weeks.
In order to keep our inventory affordable, fresh, and up to date with the latest styles at Trendy Household, We work with small vendors from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Q: Why does free shipping take so long?
A: Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors since we have relationships with our suppliers to ship directly to the customer! The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.
Q: Do you provide any express shipping?

2022 USA Express Shipping: Priority Mail 5-10 business days, Priority Mail Express 2-7 business days and, USPS Priority Mail Express 1-3 business day.
2022 International Express Shipping: Priority Mail 7-15 business days, Priority Mail Express 3-19 business days.

Q: I ordered two products, but have received only one... what's happening?
A: Since we have a large assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.

A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
