I received the item in good condition. The product works easily and as described. The lower portion fits snugly on the neck. The upper portion rests on the top part of the crown but does not fit snugly for my smaller head. It would be ideal if my head was larger. I wear a small to medium hat. The temple part does not even touch my skin. If I was to hold down on the outer edges of the temples then it would massage my temples. I haven’t found a better product on the market so this item offered an alternative to scalp massage for the time being.
